The Law Of Attraction

Have you read the book “The Secret”? It’s a book made popular by Oprah and other celebrities about the law of attraction. I’m not sure I believe in the law of attraction. I think it really describes Newton’s First Law of Motion: “Every object in motion tends to remains in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.”

If you are there, sitting still and stuck in a rut you will need an external force(or hopefully some internal motivation) to get you moving in a new and improved direction. Let’s say you’ve been thinking about making a change. Maybe for a while now but nothing has happened. It’s tough to get started. But if you can find the will to take action, you can get on a roll.

Once you take that action it becomes easier to take more positive actions and change course toward the you that you knew you could always be. If you have habits that you’ve had your entire life, it can be very hard to take the first step. But you see people do it every day.  Your frustrated, but it really is as simple as making one choice to just do it.

Take action. One simple positive step. One change of a bad habit into a good habit. Then another, and another and another and the next thing you know you are on a roll to the all new you! The person you knew all along you could be!
